J. Randolph Ingram II Cary, North Carolina
In 1973, J. Randolph Ingram, II (Randy) moved to Cary, where he graduated from high school. Thereafter, he obtained an undergraduate degree in political science from East Carolina University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Campbell University. In 1984, he opened a law office in Cary and has practiced in Cary, North Carolina for over twenty years. Mr. Ingram practices in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense. His main area of practice involves personal injury, including medical malpractice, automobile accidents, worker's compensation, and products liability cases. He handles a variety of criminal matters including DWI, traffic offenses, and general misdemeanors. Also included in his practice is the representation of individuals before state administrative agencies. Mr. Ingram is licensed to practice before The United States Supreme Court, The North Carolina Supreme Court, The North Carolina Court of Appeals and all North Carolina District and Superior Courts. He also serves as an Arbitrator in the Wake County District Court System. Mr. Ingram's previous practice experience also included both commercial and residential real estate closings and business acquisitions. He brings this background and experience to the firm's litigation practice. Mr. Ingram is a trial attorney. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
