Attorney J. Randolph Ingram, II (Randy) practices trial and appellate law in North Carolina state courts for clients throughout the United States. Mr. Ingram has practiced in Cary, North Carolina for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, misdemeanor criminal defense, civil litigation, business law, and more.

In 1973, Mr. Ingram moved to Cary, where he graduated from Cary High School. He obtained an undergraduate degree in political science from East Carolina University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Campbell University. In 1984, he opened a law office in Cary and has practiced in Cary, North Carolina for over twenty years. His three children currently attend Apex High School.

Lawyer Randy Ingram is proud to be a trial attorney. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Ingram is one of the few Cary personal injury attorneys to be licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He also serves as an arbitrator in the Wake County District Court System.

Our Staff

We have an experienced legal staff that has been with Mr. Ingram for many years. Barbara Yates is our receptionist and bookkeeper. She also works on traffic and personal injury claims. Rose Scanlan handles general civil litigation, personal injury and medical litigation support.
